Simona Grinevičienė

S. Grinevičienė has over two decades of experience in finance, energy, and civil service, focusing on organisational development, people management and sustainability in her current role at energy group EPSO-G. Her previous positions include leading the Law and Prevention Department at Gjensidige Insurance, heading the Legal Service at Ignitis Group, and serving on various boards, including Aviva Insurance where she managed personnel, legal, IT, and customer service.
She began her career at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, contributing significantly to overhauling the financial and legal framework to comply with EU legislation and establishing Lithuania’s EU structural support system.
Currently, she is an independent member of the supervisory board at European Merchant Bank and board member at Baltpool international biomass exhange, she also chairs the policy group at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance, advocating for constantly improving corporate governance practices. S. Grinevičienė holds a Master’s degree in Law from Vilnius University and has furthered her education at its International Business School.
