After initiating a transaction (financial or non-financial), EMBank Online (Internet & Mobile) will ask you to sign the transaction using the same method you used to log in.

Smart-ID

  • If you log in to EMBank Online via Smart-ID, the system will prompt you to sign transactions using the Smart-ID method.
  • After initiating a transaction, a verification code will be displayed on EMBank Online. You will be asked to compare this code with the one shown in the Smart-ID app.
  • Review the transaction details and, if the verification codes match, enter your PIN2.

Mobile-ID

  • If you log in to EMBank Online via Mobile-ID, the system will prompt you to sign transactions using the Mobile-ID method.
  • After initiating a transaction, a verification code will be displayed on EMBank Online. You will be asked to compare this code with the one shown in the Mobile-ID message.
  • Review the transaction details and, if the verification codes match, enter your PIN2.
